The backstory

Built from inside the programs.

Luke and Zach Carrell both played Division I baseball - Luke at Oklahoma and Ohio State, Zach at UC Davis and Oklahoma. Running their programs' camps from the inside, they saw the same barriers every season: registration scattered across emails and spreadsheets, payments tracked by hand, and camp day held together by a clipboard.

They built SideCoach to solve that problem - one system that replaces the disconnected tools college athletic programs have been working around for years.

MBA from Ohio State and a former private-equity analyst who played Division I baseball at Oklahoma and Ohio State. He leads SideCoach's product direction, investor relations, and its relationships with athletic programs.

Co-Founder & COO

MBA from Baylor and a former Bank of America modeler who played Division I baseball at Oklahoma and UC Davis. He built the optimization engine behind Scheduler Software and runs day-to-day operations.

Nirmit Dagli, Cloud Engineer at SideCoach Nirmit Dagli

Cloud Engineer

Master's in computer science from Quinnipiac and a Certified Cloud & AI Architect who built multi-tenant cloud platforms at Zycus and State Street. He leads infrastructure at SideCoach, building the secure, reliable systems the platform runs on.

Mehul Mangave, Full Stack Engineer at SideCoach Mehul Mangave

Full Stack Engineer

Master's in computer engineering from San Jose State and a software engineer at Syngenta and State Street. He builds the product interfaces and services that programs and families rely on.

John Olawale

Lead Engineer

Computer engineering degree from the University of Lagos and more than seven years of software engineering experience. Three years with SideCoach, where he leads the engineering team and owns the platform's architecture.
